An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Saturday, repeating until April 1, 2023
This seminar class will be run by Coach Justin of Kevin Watson BJJ.
Coach Justin will be covering BJJ content as it relates to the Kenpo student and our philosophy of finishing the fight quickly and leaving the situation. Emphasis will be on BJJ basics/fundamentals, alternate take down methods and defenses, and ground defense. The idea is to add solid fundamental defenses from BJJ to our Kenpo curriculum. The classes will run for a 5-week stretch and will build upon one another.
