Can I defend myself in a tough situation? It is a common question and not always easy to answer. We take this question seriously and are always working on training ourselves to be better at self-defense. We will build your defensive abilities from the ground up, making you more confident in defending yourself as well as learning how to avoid conflict.

Who am I? What a tough question that is to answer. While we cannot answer it for you, we can offer you an art form that will help you find your better self. Your confidence will build, not just in the arts, but in other areas of your life as well. Perhaps this will be the springboard to one of life's great adventures!

The beginner class for 5-6 year olds is the perfect way to engage young kids in karate. There is lots of running and action to keep them busy and having fun. Sensei Brian provides the perfect balance of holding expectations and teaching skills while also offering flexibility for kids who struggle to focus.
